1. siRNA design, modification and screening
Suzhou Olipharma is capable of designing the small interfering RNA (siRNA) according to the target gene name, sequence or GeneBank ID provided by any customer, and producing siRNAs in strict accordance with the ISO quality management system and quality standards. Also, the Company can provide a variety of modified and labeled siRNA products, and accept the orders for customizing modified or labeled siRNA products.
2. siRNA synthesis
With low cost and high transfection efficiency, siRNA synthesis is the simplest way for gene silencing of an organism or a cell. It is also used for RNAi-based clinical treatment and has irreplaceable advantages in drug development. The Company can provide customers with ordinary chemically synthesized siRNAs, and can also provide a variety of modified siRNAs according to customer demands. All synthesized siRNA products are purified by HPLC, and the double-stranded purity after annealing exceeds 90%.
